Concrete anchors
I need concrete anchors to hold my TV and mount (about 110 lbs total). The wall is drywall (1/2") + high density foam (2") + poured concrete. What do you suggest I use to anchor this mount?

In the link below is the type of expansion bolt that I have used to do what you need to do.
I would use at least four of the 1/2" x 4-3/4" type. That will put slightly over 2" into the cement.
You may have to cut sleeves just larger than the expansion bolt if you tighten them and they start to draw the mount and sheetrock thru the foam.
RAWL 5-PIECE EXPANSION BOLTS
This is only a suggested mounting method. I make no guarantees that they will work in your application as they have worked for me.
