Crimping Aluminum Sleeves
I have one aircraft cable to crimp with one of those sleeves 3/8" Aluminum Sleeve - 3/8" : Ratchet Straps, Tie Down Straps, E Track Tie Downs, Moving Blankets & Pads, Cargo Straps, U.S. Cargo Control Unfortunately I don't have a crimping tool for those. Is there another way to crimp it? Would visegrips or pliers work?

You could try, but they obviously aren't designed to do the same thing that a swaging tool does, so any crimp you make in the sleeve would be liable to fail.
Some people would buy the tool, use it, then return it.
You might see if a hardware store would rent you one. Or if you can take your cable and sleeve to the store, crimp it there.

I was thinking the same thing but I need to use it in a small place and the ones at the store have 2 feet handles on them I would need a crimper the same of a crimper for coax cable

Good thinking.... a crimper for coax ends will actually work. I've used them before for that. It'll take some real squeezing to get the crimp closed.

Cool I have like 4 of those I'm just afraid to damage the ratcheting action on those coax crimpers. Now which way do I put the sleeve? The jaw should be squeezing the sleeve in a figure 8 position I guess!!! ____

If you are careful, you can use a set of bolt cutters to make the crimp. But that's if you already have them. If not, the crimping tool or as the others have mentioned would work.
