Need help figuring out what hardware is needed in Murphy workbench

Performance Unlimited 4-Wheel & Off Road Center - Hartford, Wisconsin - USA Back Door

This plan looks like such a great idea, I'm working with a 2' x 4' piece of very thick MDF, and I have a craftsman tool cart it's about maybe 2 1/2 feet tall 26 inch drawers and there are four of them. I'm a girl so it almost works out perfectly for me to put a Murphy workbench that would lean directly on top of the tool cabinet so that way I don't have to build a bottom structure. I found this great plan, however it doesn't really specify the exact (metal) hardware needed. I'm also not using the same size door or board they used, I'm doing a 24 inch by 48 inch. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thank you and have a great weekend! :-)

Hardware

When looking at the photos, it looks like the pivot points for the bench top and legs use door hinges. Screen door springs or window sash springs are holding the leg braces in position as the bench top is raised and lowered. The latch holding the bench top in place when folded up is a simple dead bolt. Come back with other questions. Good luck with your project.
