Welcome to the forums! It appears to be the top or bottom half of a double door hinge for either a showcase or small china cabinet of sorts. The wide back part fixes to the cabinet under the top of the frame and the two wings attach to the top (and/or bottom) of the doors.

None of my local hardware stores carry it and I am having a terrible time trying to find this on Google any suggestions? Thank you for the quick reply as well.

I looked through Rocklers and online and can't find one readily. It definitely won't be a local item. Maybe some of the others will have better ideas. Check back with us.

I would call it a surface mounted, back to back, double door, right angle (or offset) pivot hinge. Looks old, and not a very sturdy design... only for pretty small and light doors. Hope you don't need to find an exact replacement. These are similar but are in no way an exact match.

That helps it is something better then the options I have now but I did some playing with the hinges and might have a work around at the moment.
