is there a buffing wheel that can be used on a 10,000RPM sander
I heard that buffing wheels only hold up to a certain amount of RPMs before they either disintegrate or don't work for some reason. I am trying to buff a piece of silver. A Dremel drill fit with buffing wheel doesn't have enough RPMs to do the job. A grider with about 3,500 would do but I don't have one. Any suggestions?

Buffing or grinding wheels can come apart and be dangerous if they exceed the speed they were designed for!
I'm not sure what you are asking - you'll need a tool that a buffing wheel can attach to. If you don't own one you'll either have to buy or borrow one. Have you tried any of the cleaners formulated for silver along with your dremel buffing wheel?
