Looking for a U Shaped Bracket or Window Guard - Not sure of name

Hello everyone... I am looking for a U shaped piece of metal that can be fastened over a small door window for security purposes. I will need 4 or 5 of them to fasten over a window to prevent someone from reaching in if the window is broken. I have searched for hours and can not find it - please see the photo attached and if anyone can direct me to someplace that sells these things or tell me the proper name - it would be greatly appreciated.

I found several choices on eBay searching for "window bars". Though available I think they're normally custom-made (or ordered?) by home security companies.

Check to make sure they're allowed where you live. You don't want to end up one of those "fire department unable to reach burning occupants" headlines.

How to remove aluminum oxide on bolts

I have about 20 stainless steel bolts (1/4 20) that I managed to remove from aluminum plates. The threads on the bolts are covered with oxidation what's a good product to remove aluminum oxide on steel fast? I tried vinegar it works but some threads still have the white coating on and I have to use a dentist tool to remove all the oxidation. Also what could I use to prevent oxidation when I put all those bolts back on? Clear nail polish or low strength thread locker? Anything else on the market?

I'm trying to find the proper name for what we called a "double ender" (which can't be the proper name (??). It is a metal "bolt", with wood screw threads on one end , and "regular" threading on the other end to put hex nuts, washers, etc. I may need them to attach a a cover to framing members ( using the wood screw threads), but have the cover be removable -thus the "regular" threading. (the wood screw threadings holds the "bolt" in place, and the regular threads with hex nuts/washers etc. holds the cover.) Thanks in advance.
