Does anyone know where I can find a folding pad eye/tie down ring with four holes like in this image?

I've tried searching "folding pad eyes", "tie down rings", "d-ring brackets" and most seem to either come with only 2 holes, or come in irregular shapes. Surely there must be a folding pad eye out there with four holes and in a square shape? Perhaps I just haven't found the right keyword combination for Google yet

The closest I've found is this Amazon.com : Stainless Steel Folding Pad Eye With Rectangle Base : Sports & Outdoors, though at $7 each, is a tad bit too dear for something that I will only use for leather belts (I do crafting work) and hanging up my tools.

The folding pad eye in the photo is off an old belt by the way. Any help to point me in the right direction will be greatly appreciated!

Perhaps you could use two of the two-hole brackets side by side.

 

Isn't that the doohickey where a round sliding thingie goes into to lock a door? Terms may be wrong.
