Strange Cabinet Hinge

Anyone ever seen this type of hinge? Our kitchen cabinet doors use them and I need a few more but I cannot find them locally. What makes them a bit different is that the tab to the left in the photo is designed to fit the bevel on the back edge of our cabinet doors. If you know of some place where they can be obtained please let me know.

i can't find that particular hinge but might be able to.
Post another picture with the door closed, focusing one the hinge from the outside.
Your hinge is called a partial wrap and replacing it depends on if you want to see the hinge from the outside or not.
From the picture it looks to me to be a 3/4" overlay partial wrap hinge.

I guess one could call it partially hidden as the only way one sees it is from the side. looking at the door face-on one would never see the hinge. Thanks for helping
