The screws holding one of the hinges on a door in my apartment have pulled out of the wall and stripped their respective holes in the jamb, resulting in a sagging door. Is there any easy way to fix this?

You can't use a larger (diameter) screw to replace the old ones - the head won't fit the hinge properly and the door won't shut, but you can use a longer screw, same diameter. I'd suggest something 2 to 3 inches long. This will go through the door jamb into the stud framing around the door. Not only will this solve your problem, it will make the door more secure as well.

If you want to go the whole route, replace the screws in the keeper (where the door latches into the jamb on the other side) as well.
