Zinc, Galvanized, or Stainless

Hey everyone, sorry if this question has been posed before. I'm attaching swing hardware for my kids to the floor joists in my basement. Using 3/8" x 4" lag screws. Any real difference between zinc, galvanized, and stainless screws? I know there is for outdoor applications, but since I'm installing indoors and using for a kid's swing, not sure if there are any factors to consider. Thanks.

Where to find sectional aluminum pole?

I'm building one of those tools that scrape snow off my roof. I'm trying to find spring-locked aluminum pole but I couldn't find any. All I found was flag pole and they do not have spring locked on those sectional pieces. Any suggestion is much appreciated.
