Cool Hanging a Key/Necklace Holder strip

Picture a piece of oak 10' long 3/4 square
45 degree cuts at the ends with 8 pegs sticking out thr front
anyone have a clever idea hang this on a wall without going thru the front side
any ideas would be helpful
Thanks much

Welcome. I assume you mean 10 inches, not feet, but my first thought would be a couple of picture hangers, the kind with an angled nail, then drill a couple angle holes in the back side of the piece. They don't have to be angled a lot, just enough so the piece doesn't slip off the wall on it's own. You can use a piece of tape on a drill bit as a guide so that you don't drill all the way through.

f you have a router you can use a keyhole bit to make mounting holes in the back that slip over raised screw heads.
