Trying to ID and replace a MEPLA hinge

Hi, I'm trying to identify this hinge from my bathroom cabinet. It's at least 15 years old, and my local hardware stores couldn't ID this. Also, the replacement they suggested didn't work because it didn't swing open enough. Any thoughts? Many thanks--and please ignore the dust!

You need to know 3 things. How far the hinge side of the door overlays the face frame when it is closed, and how many degrees wide it needs to open. Then select the right mounting plate to go with your hinge.

Then just get the right Blum hinge for your needs. They are commonly available online.
