Is there a name for this fastener, which is threaded through to take an adjustment screw, and threaded perpendicularly on one side to take a set screw? The closest I can come is to take a cable stop and tap threads into it. And, where can I buy one?

Pictures so blurry it's hard to tell what it is.
If I had to guess I'd say it was a form of shaft collar.

Thank you! I found one with an offset hole so I can glue the longer end into the wood, and just use a socket head bolt and a nut to lock it in place,

I also found a super nice Screw Stop Button here, but it is expensive ($30):
