mystery cabinet fastener

Can somebody tell me what the plastic plunger-type thing in the middle of the washer is? This is a fastener for a bathroom vanity door- this one is fine, but its mate is broken. The metal washer clicks onto a magnet on the door, and I guess the spring-loaded plunger keeps the door from slamming, but I can't figure out what the heck it's called or where to get a replacement.

Not an exact match but your surely is just a drive in plunger. Grip the tip with a vise grips then use a partner behind the vise grips to pry it out.
