170 degree hinges

Hi, I have 2 pair of Blum 170* hinges, they will snap off of the base plate fine, but will not snap back on, any one else experienced this?

Try taking them off the cabinet door and see if you can snap them on one at a time.

OMG! I am such a MORON, I just realized that I have the hinge base mounted inside out on the cabinet, all set now.

Help me identify a screw head please

This goes to my office chair. I am visually impaired and can tell this is not a phillips or flathead. It's starting to come loose and when I go to Home Depot/Lowes I don't want to feel like an idiot. Having problem reinserting a drawer with Accuride sliders

My problem is that I'm trying to figure out how to reinsert a drawer to my desk back into an accuride slider. I don't have the model number, but it's a long "office-type" desk with 4 drawers. I could send a picture if that would help.
