Can anyone tell me where I could find replacement hinges for an existing medicine cabinet with a trifold mirror? I have searched every way I can think of without success. The hinge looks like this:

I inherited a large amount of a type of nail that I can not identify. The nail is 1.5" long, shank is .15" thick, Head is .0564" and head is .308 in diameter.

made by the company TRAMONTINA for Sam's. I called Tramontina, and they no longer produce this
