How to Unpackage this Saw-All Blade ?

Hello, I bought a new blade for my Saw-All. Been trimming bushes and small trees limbs. How do I get this plastic off? I haven't tried real hard as yet as the teeth are hard to hold to remove it. There's a rivet in the hole hold blade but hard to cut it away. Thanks.

Have not seen packaging like that before. I guess you just go at it with a utility knife until you set it free.

Ok. Tried to to break the nub off with a utility knife but it wouldn't cut.(hard space age plastic?) I wanted to ask before putting it on my vise. Thought maybe there was a trick to it in these times. Thank you.

I got it. I put it on my vice and sawed off the nub. It took a minute, really hard plastic. Or could have pounded out the nub on my work counter. I was just thinking there might be a trick to it if there were no extra tools available. Thank you.
