Advice on What to use to hold 25-30 lbs to wall

Looking for advice on what I can use to hold 25-30 lb CD Holder and CDs to concrete / cinder block wall without drilling into the blocks. Is there an adhesive or something strong I can attach to the back of the CD Holder and the wall that would hold the weight?

I cant drill into the wall.

Probably not with 100% confidence, a hole in the block for a fastener could easily be patched.

You didn't tell us what your CD rack is made of but I can almost guarantee that you'd be gluing two very dissimilar materials which makes picking the right adhesive more difficult. Yes, there are strong adhesives available but you'd have to find one that adheres well to the wall and your storage rack. If the wall is painted I'd forget it completely and drill the wall to install fasteners. It's fast and reliable.

Repairing a plastic bird bath crack?

I have a plastic bird bath that cracked along the bottom of the bowl - I left it out in the winter. I tried banging the cracked pieces to level them and this one broke off. I hear this type of plastic is 'high energy'? and adhesives don't stick well to it? Any advice on what to try to seal the cracks / hold that piece back in place? And not leak and not be toxic to birds when I fill it with water? Two different types of finishing washers?

Hi, I am looking to replace some silver washers with black washers (or possible blue colored ones if I can find them). I know almost nothing about this stuff lol, but my understanding is that these are finishing washers, aka countersunk washers. But there is one that's a little shorter-and-wider, and one that's a little taller-and-narrower. Pictures below. When I search for finishing washers, it seems like only the wider version comes up, and I need at least a couple of the narrow version in order to fit this project. I'm found "cone washers" that look closer to the narrow washer, but they aren't angled to fit a countersunk screw. Is there a particular term that distinguishes these two types of washers?
