Two different types of finishing washers?

Hi, I am looking to replace some silver washers with black washers (or possible blue colored ones if I can find them). I know almost nothing about this stuff lol, but my understanding is that these are finishing washers, aka countersunk washers. But there is one that's a little shorter-and-wider, and one that's a little taller-and-narrower. Pictures below. When I search for finishing washers, it seems like only the wider version comes up, and I need at least a couple of the narrow version in order to fit this project. I'm found "cone washers" that look closer to the narrow washer, but they aren't angled to fit a countersunk screw.

Is there a particular term that distinguishes these two types of washers?

The size is usually designated by the screw size. So a #8 finishing washer is smaller than a #10.

The countersink angle may be different. If the screw isn't removed frequently, you can paint the washer any color using a rattle can.

Yea the 8-32 screw fits in either washer but the head will be lower in the larger one. As mentioned already those are 2 different size washers. They come in #6, #8, #10, #12 and #14 I believe. When proper size for screw is used the head is only slightly below the top of the washer.

I also don't think there is an industry standard or specification for countersink finishing washers like that. Each manufacturer can make them whatever size they want.
