Looking for a specific screw that might not exist.

Hello, I'm looking for a screw, dowel or clevis type of hardware that is around 10 inches and is perforated (having multiple holes) to fasteen to soffit and run multiple rows of cable through each hole. Is there anything like that out there?

Try looking for "cable support bracket".

Nothing like what you describe. Products exist for cable clips / cable management / adjustable cable clips. Some clips hold up to 5 cables at once flat, some hold them in a round bundle. The problem you will be fighting against is gravity, so you will need lots of clips.

IMHOP, that would not look good on a soffit. You didn't say what you were trying to accoplish, so why not run the cables through the attic?
