I have a 25 year old screen door in a lanai that needs replacement but I am not certain what to get. I am attaching a picture and the only one I can get. There is nothing else showing externally for me to take a picture of. I don't know if the door has to be removed or if it the hinge can just be replaced.
It is 5" - this senior needs your help!
Thank you-
Hi,
I have 2 36 inch refrigerators placed side by side, with 2 refrigerator cabinets above them.
Currently, I made 2 2-x2's above the fridge to support them.
The 2x2's are connected to a tall cabinet on one side and the wall on the other side, so that the top of the cabinet is level with the top of the other cabinets.
However. the 2x2's are sagging.
I would like to know what you would recommend as a support. I was thinking of some sort of metal support such as a strut channel connected to the tall cabinet and wall with flanges,
(BTW, the wood between them is a pullout pantry)
Any ideas?

I was thinking of trying to use magnets to keep the lid shut (and keep raccoons out of) our garbage bin (which we generally keep outside, and not in garage, due to flies).
In any case, I bought some neodymium magnets with screws, but didn't realize that I purchased 110lb holding force magnets! I searched around further and the smallest I can find is 30 lb. I assume that's still probably too strong for keeping the lids closed. Or maybe it's ok? I of course don't want it being too hard to open...
Should I try just a regular magnet, and not neodymium as those might be too strong?
Thanks for any suggestions.Read More
