how to remove concrete nails and anchors from concrete blocks

Hi,
A couple of years ago, I had someone help me install ventilated shelving in my garage. They were attached to a concrete block wall. We drilled holes in the concrete block, tapped in a plastic anchor or plug, then nailed a concrete nail into the anchor.

I want to remove these now. How can I grab onto the nail and plug to get it out?

Thanks,

Cool

Have you tried a cat's paw nail puller?
Or tried to grip the nail head with channel-locks, and roll them out?
