Pocket Door Track and Roller

I have been frustrated trying to repair a sliding pocket door that keeps coming off track. It hangs by two sets of 1/4" rollers that glide on a track mounted in the top of the door frame. I have replaced the roller hardware to no avail. I cannot reach into the wall recess far enough to unscrew the track to replace that also. To get the track out, I would have to tear into wall itself and that means a complete bathroom remodel I fear.

The rollers I have are on a swivel. Is that necessary? Would fixed rollers be better? How else can I replace the track? Are all pocket doors this hard to work on?

Any suggestions would be much appreciated.

Thanks,

Jim D.
