Running/Jump Rope shoe suggestions.
My wife is into running. She's getting into jumping rope as well (me too - it's actually quite fun). We have looked at some new shoes for this type of excercise. Would the Nike Shox be a good shoe to use for this? If not, what other ones would you suggest?
thanks

I would recommend getting different shoes for each - in an attempt to be as light as possible, running shoes have virtually no lateral ankle support and should therefore, in my opinion, be used only for running. A cross trainer for jumping rope would be my choice. I've always liked Nike shoes, so they would be a good choice.

It is true that while you are jogging or skipping you need a comfortable shoes. If your shoes are not comfortable you may get pain or even fracture also so choose a shoes which is comfortable in your foot. Nike shoes is good but i never tried. I tried Reebok shoes that are so comfortable for jogging.
