Testosterone

I have noticed that my testosterone level has decreased ever since reaching my 40's years ago. I am not into synthetic or doctor prescribed medication. Has anyone tried natural herbs to boost testosterone and experienced minimum side effects?

So far, I have tried this stack daily for the last 8 months:

Fenugreek (does not work by itself)
Tribulus (does not work by itself) 2 months on - 2 weeks off
Arginine (does not work by itself)
ZMA

This stack has helped in so many ways, mainly strength & libido & sex duration. Alertness comes next. It took about 2 weeks.

I have recently added Saw Palmetto and Ginkgo. I have not noticed in terms of libido but strength gains continued to rise.

I have also been looking for a good forum (with high activities), specialized in vitamins and herbs. I am not interested in Body Building forums because too much misinformation between synthetic and herbs.

As a rule, we don't recommend other forums, however, there is a health forum that's owned by the owners of this site, which is pretty good: HealthBoards

Also, try WebMD. They have good articles on there plus they also have a forum.

I have been on testosterone replacement for 17 years after I had testicular cancer. My testosterone levels are checked yearly to make sure I am getting the right dose. It is a simple blood test and might be worth getting one to check where your levels are at.
