What does the outdoor unit looks like? Big block of ice, or just some frost?

Is the outdoor unit running ? If the outdoor unit's running the fat insulated line going into the house should be hot to the touch.

I Had A Freon Leak. The Compressor Shut Down And The Hp Was Not Running. We Fixed A Hole In The Line, Recharged The Unit And Now It Runs Great.
