Question Heat Pump, Zone Board, Thermostat wiring

Hi
I am having some trouble hooking up my Heat Pump, Air Handle, Zone Board, to Thermostat wiring configuration. I have contacted the company in which I purchased the unit and have been waiting for weeks now with no reply.
I hope that some one hear might be able to help me.

Here is my heat pump specs

Goodman CPLT48-1 Heat Pump 4 Ton, 13 SEER Heat Pump
Goodman AEPT060-00A-1 Variable-Speed Air Handler
Goodman HKR-20C 20 Kilowatt Heater Coil for Goodman Air Handlers
Honeywell EMM-3U Universal Electronic MiniZone Panel
3 Honeywell T8411R 1028 Digital Heat Pump Thermostat - Two Stage Heat,Single Stage Cool
3 Honeywell ARD, Automatic Round Damper

Here is what I wrote to the company where I purchased the unit.

I took some pictures. I think this will help diagnose the problem because there are so many wires and I'm sure I have them screwed up.

I'm having some problems with the Thermostat wiring configuration now. The problem now is when the Thermostat calls for heat the outside heat pump does not kick on and the emergency heat does. Everything else seems to work.

I didn't take any pictures of the outside heat pump wiring configuration because I think I have them wired correctly there is 5 wires that were coming out of the heat pump with a sticker around them saying air handler and the air handler had 5 wires coming out of it marked condenser(heat pump) they match color for color so I just hooked them up color for color. I can take pictures if need be.

Zone board. Do I need a separate transformer for zone board?

To get you started I notice you have nothing on the "O" terminal of the t-stat. In order for the outdoor unit to switch over to heat the reversing valve must be wired through the "O" terminal on a call for heat.

Cool! I hooked up the orange wire from the bottom of the zone board marked zone 1 on the O/B terminal to the Thermostat base marked O. Nothing has changed yet.

On the zone board where it is marked Equipment there is a O and B terminal there too ,,so do I need to hook anything up to them?

Also here is what the install directions says to do inside the air handler.
I have removed the production wire Y1-O

My comp is acting up so I am having trouble replying like I want to, but for starters try this: on the thermostat move the white wire to the E terminal, leave the jumper from W1 to Y.

Good Deal ,,Here is how I have the Thermostat base wired now.

http://rubberduckygaming.com/vb/atta...ntid=756&stc=1

No change yet. I call for heat with the Thermostat and the outside heat pump does not start up but yet the Emergency heat does.
I think we are getting closer though
Thanks!

You did hook the orage wire from the t-stat to the O/B terminal on the zone board right?

In THIS PICTURE the wire going to the "Room Thermostat"should hook to the zone board equipment terminals seen HERE like this:

t-stat zone board
E to E
W2 to W2
O to O
C to not used
R to Rc
G to G
Y to Y1

Turn switch 12 on

I would also suggest getting a transformer for the zone control alone.

I think everything is working properly . In the zone panel where it is marked equipment I had the white wire going to W1 and I put it on E instead,, like you all said to do.So it was a combination of everything the O terminal not being hooked up ,the white wire in Thermostat needed hooked to the E and the white wire in zone board need switched to E.

Thanks a lot to all that helped Shank, mattison I have been waiting 2 weeks!!!
