Magic Chef to Honeywell RTH7000 wiring assistance

Hi all,
I need some assistance with the wiring configuration for a thermostat. I am replacing an old Magic Chef Thermostat for heat pump with a Honeywell RTH7000. The wiring for the magic chef is:
-C (blue wire)
-W2 (orange)
-G (green)
-Y1 (yellow)
-W1 (white)
-E (black)
-X1 (brown)
-R (red)

The available slots for wiring on the Honeywell are:
C, G, Y, O/B, RC, R (RC and R are jumpered), AUX (W2), E (Y2), and L.

Any advice on how this needs to be wired?
Thank you in advance.

First what do you have for back up heat electric or gas? Gas do you have afossel fuel kit or is the therastat it? There is wire diagrams in the box for the system. My guess for now isC blue O/b orange G green Y1 yellow W2 white E black R red. Then after wired the stat has to be configured{don't know how to s ay it}. There is 3 pages to go through. good luck Does your furnace/ air handler have fuse on 24v for the transformer?

It's electric. As for the fuse, I'm not certain if it is 24 volts. Does this affect the wiring per say?

The thermastat is 24v While messing with the stat wires there is a chance to short them. Fuses are cheaper than transformers. Did you find the wire diagrams, and configure list?

Love the apple logo. It's some Magic Chef that I would say is approx 10 years or newer.

air handler is in the basement or attic has the coil and blower in it. Did you put the fuse in? Did you try wiring the way I think? You need the manual to configure the new stat.

I am trying that wiring now. The only thing I have left is the Brown wire, unconnected. Is this okay?
Thank you for your help so far.
