Has anybody heard of Iceco Heat Pumps A/C

Has anybody heard of Weather King by Iceco?
My Carrier unit just bought the farm, it was 12 years old. I had a HVAC company come out and they told me the would install a 13 Seer Rudd unit. Total cost to remove old unit plus T&M for new connection was $2900.
When I got home they installed Iceco 13 PJA instead. I'll deal with them for the bait and switch, however is this a decent unit or should I demand the Rudd.
I appreciate you help, SG

ICECO is Weather King.
Weather King seems to be a good name...I havent heard any complaints that lead me to believe their junk or anything.
Here is a link to the site I found doing a google search
http://www.icecohvac.com/heatpumps-main.shtml
Further investigation:
Per Rheem's web page the 13AJA is made by ICECO (Weatherking).
I think he installed what he said he would, heres a link to Rheems website:

I believe Iceco is a company and they promote Weather King. They are a decent budget unit. Although if you signed for a Ruud they should not have installed a Weather King without your consent.
They are virtually the same as Rheem/Ruud. I wouldn't worry about the unit itself too much. They still shouldn't have installed it without you knowing.

I appreciate both your responses, the Rheem ad is exactly like Weather Kings. It appears heat pumps manufactures are a lot like electronic companies, one makes the equipment and everybody else puts their name on it. Thanks again for your input.
