Coleman Electric with only slightly warm output

I just purchased a Mobile home with a Coleman Electric furnace Model 3400A816. The furnace cycles, but only puts out luke warm air. Any suggestions as to where to start troubleshooting? I have a digital multimeter and am reasonably capable with it. I am no HVAC man but can follow instructions. Thank you
Vic

This is not a heat pump, it does have central air a coil but is not a heat pump. I do not know if all the elements are coming on or not, please help me by telling me how to determine that. Thanks!

Know what you are doing!!!!!! Amp them out when the furnace is on. Check and see if each has 220V. If so with power off Ohm out each element and see if they are good.

Is this new or old . Is the filter clean. The AC coil clean ?????
