water on floor from basement fan coil unit!
I went down in the basement last night and had to wet vac up 12 gallons of water that came from the fan coil unit. the filter also has a small section that was soaked.
I have been running now for a few hrs and theres no water vissible on the floor around the unit yet, so im guessing it s a slow leak !
any thoughts on what it could be?

Follow your condensate drain to wherever it empties and suck it out good with your wet-vac. The condensate line is more than likely clogged. Happens all the time.
Your condensate drain should be a white pvc pipe leaving the airhandler and going to a drain.
