Insufficiant Heat Error Code

I have a Lennox x-16 2 stage with a Harmony III control board. The last three nights the temp hovered between 16 and 28 deg. The system remained on most of the night while maintaining my 73 deg. setting. Upon wakening the control board indicated that the two stages HP and two stages elect were activated. There was also a trouble code that according to the control board inst. states "Insufficiant Heating". The problem is that there is no info as to what would activate this trouble code.

Does anyone have access to Lennox info as to what will trigger this code.

Note: I have another thread explaining consistant problems from the onset with this new system. Right now I'm just looking for info on this code.

Thanks in advance.

Is this error code coming up on the zone board? If so, what is the model # on the control?

Yes, the eroor is on the zone control board. What model number are you referring to?

It just says Harmony III, and there is catalog# 4202. Does that help?

I'm afraid I came up empty on anything for you.. :-(

Is this a new installed system? If so, I would call the dealer and see if they can help out.

The problem is that the installer really butchered the whole system. The builder has had two additional companies come in, with the most recent company doing a lot of duct work, wiring, etc. While they probably now have things as best as they can, they cannot answer my question either.

I was hoping someone on this forum could help me.
