Tempstar 9000 fan problems

I have a Tempstar 9000 and in the last few days I have noticed the compressor fan has been stopping in the afternoon. I had to hit the reset switch on the unit and the fan kinda did a shutter or two before it started. The compressor is working, but it is getting hot when the fan stops. Now the fan is not turning at all by itself, it spins if I move it thought. Any help would be much appreciated.

You either need a new fan motor or a capacticor.

Call for service on it.
