2-stage HP temp difference in stages...

Is it possible for the 1st stage of a heat pump to put out warmer air than the 2nd stage of a heat pump? Assume the CFMs for each stage are correct and operating fine.

All other things equal, 1st stage produces less BTUs and consequently lower discharge air temp.

There is no way with a TXV and 2-stage compressors that there might be enough refrigerant for the first stage and not the 2nd stage?
