Lennox cbx27uh x13 blower motor

Maybe someone can help me. My blower motor went bad. I have done all the tests to verify the motor is bad. This is a GE ECM X13 motor and the part number is 5SME39HXL015A.
I found another one with the exact same part number, but everything I can find to read is that it is programmable. I cannot see where it could be field programmable, there is no where to hook anything up to program it. I just wanted to be sure that it would work before I spent $$$ big bucks. Does anyone have experience with this motor?

The ECM X13 is not Field programmable.

I posted a question here about 4 month ago to figure how to install Lux TX 9100 Thermostat in Thermostat catogory. At that time, I needed heat. Everything worked fine. Now my AC is not triggered by the thermostat. Something is wrong with the set-up. I still have no clue or sure what exactly my HVAC is. The diagram I followed in the thermostat manual seems to be the only one that fits the description of my AC unit. However, it's not working now. I am sure that the HVAC unit is using HEAT PUMP system, because it says so on the outside unit. It's a two stage HEAT, because the thermostat shows stage 1 first while the outside unit is on, and then thermostat shows stage 2 while the inside fan is on. Now, the thermostat only shows Stage 1 when I turn the AC on. The only thing is running is the fan inside, whereas the outside unit is not on at all. The fan inside just keeps blowing the air non-stop. Also it took a long time for the fan to be on (about 1 to 2 minutes). I remember that the AC turned on after only 2 second the most. All the diagrams the thermostat manual has are for 3, 4, and 5 wires. However, mine have 7. The thermostat manual does not have exactly the diagram closed enough for my AC wire configuration. Is mine with two 24-volt transformers? I don't think so, because with transformers, a unit has to be conventional heating and cooling system (that's why one of the diagram is: transformers only with the conventional type).... I was following the diagram for "typical 24 v, 5 wire, heat pump systems, with 2 stage heat and 1 stage cool." Heat worked, but not AC. I am so confused...... and the old thermostat was wired strangely too..... with the connection to B.... I called Haier to find out what exactly my system is, but my call was just transferred from one place to another within the automatic system. I called Lux. Last summer I had a shed dormer framed for the second floor in the Cape Cod style home that my family lives in. The previous owner had insulation blown into the crawl space floors on either side of the house (about 6’ from the outside walls). When I finished off the interior bedrooms over in the fall (new wiring, flooring, insulation batts, sheetrock, etc), I did not think to remove the blown-in insulation that was now under/in the floors toward the back of the house. That winter, we noticed that the upstairs rooms were very cold and that they were especially cold when you stood on the floor with the blown-in insulation underneath. My theory was that we may not have adequate heat going to the upstairs, but the blown-in insulation in the floors was also preventing the thermal energy from the first floor from rising into the second floor. I have not sided the outside of the second floor yet, so I was planning on cutting holes, from the outside, into the second floor (between the joists). I thought I would then try to vacuum out the blown-in insulation with the hope that this would help out heating problem during the next winter. Today I spoke with a duct cleaning company owner and he felt that I was wasting my time and money and that there would not be a noticeable difference. He asked me about my existing heating system upstairs. I told him that the house was built in the 1950’s and that the heating system was forced hot air. There is ONE register along one of the outside walls in each room that provides hot air (so one register per room – 2 bedrooms). He said that that was my problem - I have now created a large outside wall and there is no heat register on that wall; the new outside walls were not heated. Since I had already finished off each room, he said that there wasn’t a way to tap into the existing heating system with a new duct without ripping up the wall and floor. I am now looking into an electric baseboard for each of the unheated outside walls. What is your opinion on this situation? I know there is not adequate heat upstairs, but is an electric baseboard the way to go? Do they make baseboards that can tap into the existing 20amp circuits that I wired for each bedroom or do I have to run a separate circuit?
