My American Standard Air handler won't turn off

I have an American Standard Air handler off of a Trane Heat pump that will not turn off the model number is twh736b140a0. I'm thinking maybe a relay is bad, anyone know of a solution or replacement part. Thank You.

by not shutting off do you mean that the fan continues to run? Is the thermostat fan switch on ON or AUTO?

If the fan is on AUTO, then for kicks, remove the G wire at the stat. If the fan stops, then it may be the stat. If the fan stays on, then go to the air handler, and remove G there.. If that stops, then you have a short in the wire. if it don't stop, then it's the air handler itself.

Looks like I found the problem, it was the delay time relay in the air handler. I replaced that and all is well
