Lennox Heater Will Not Turn On?

I have a lennox electric system, it's an AC/Heater. AC works fine, no problems at all. I have NEVER used my heater since I bought the house and the house is about 3-4 years old.

The heater will not turn on while switched to "Auto", if I set it to "on", it will come on, but with no heat (even if i set it to 90 degrees, and it's 63 degrees inside).

I checked the outside unit, lights are blinking operational. I went up stairs to where the unit is, turned off the switch, took off the panel and tried looking for fuses of some sort but I didn't see anything.

I did notice that the copper pipe running to the unit inside was not getting hot?

What are some things to check or what is common with newer heaters? Where is this fuse I keep reading about?

Thanks for your help in advance!

do you have a model number of the HP? Is it a HP or just an a/c with electric heat strips? What model thermostat do you have? How is it wired?
