Trouble with connecting new thermostat

Hi, my heatpump is a RUUD brand 2.0 ton air conditioning which is a combination system heat pump. This unit has model #UQKA-A024JK, serial #5528F440111074.

My old thermostat was the old type where you adjusted the temp with a lever. It had the following color wires: blue, green, white, yellow, and red which where connected to the same letters on the old thermostat.

I tried connecting to the new Honeywell RTH6450, but can't get the heat to run. I'm putting blue to AUX/E, green to G, white to W, yellow to Y, and red to R. What am I doing wrong?

glad to hear, but here is the correct wiring
R = RED - 24V HOT
G = GREEN - FAN
Y = YELLOW - COMPRESSOR
AUX = WHITE - AUX HEAT
O/B = BLUE -REVERSING VALVE

Also, make sure you go into the advanced installation section of the manual to properly setup your thermostat for HP with aux heat.
