Ducane HP12B30 fan blades broke loose from motor shaft

The blades on my heat pump popped off of the part that attaches them to the motor shaft. There are some scratches on the surrounding parts, but nothing seems to be seriously damaged. It seems like a simple enough repair (unscrew the bolt, slide off old fan blade mounting, slide on new one and re-tighten), but before I start I thought I'd check in to make sure I'm not missing anything.

I usually sand the shaft with emery cloth, loosen the set screw, hold the shaft with an adjustable wrench and spin the blade off of the motor shaft.
