Where to buy wholesale HVAC Supplies (duct, Boots registers)

I have a honeywell 8320u1008 thermostat installed and tried to install the honeywell rth 9580 smart thermostat. The problem i am having is that when I wired it up using the same wiring from the 8320 and start it up, it runs the heat pump and my oil heat backup at the same time. I am told the 8320 is called a hybrid t-stat. Can I ust the rth 9580 in its place or is there something else I have to add to make it work?

Hello again, I need help with the following HVAC unit: Model 962A B0024010 DA00 Serial 50A006347 F.L.A. motor 3.05, 41.66 amps Where do I order these parts, The motor, the blower wheel, and the 2 5Kw heating coils. I chatted with several of you yesterday, and to follow up on that conversation I was able to get up there and open the unit and as far as I can tell replacing the above parts seem's to be the best solution. The situation grows more and more urgent as the unit seems to be getting worse daily. So please any help is appreciated. Im a retired TV repair tech so now that Im a member here perhaps I will be able to help someone. However my knowledge is limited to older TV's and not the flat screen's of today. Thanks TinPan Don
