basement is cold the circulatory pump not working It's a GE

The boiler we have is old but the first and second floor is getting heat.
THe basement radiator are cold and the pump not spinning. i even bleed the radiator nothing happen.

the Pump is a GE ac motor
HP 1/8
MBD 5kh32EG129EX
RPM 1725

it looks like it's been there since the house was built.
what circulatory pump i should get to replace it ?
and if i get an higher hp pump does it make a different?

The most important thing is the rpm. Make sure you get the same rpm.

why is that ?
i look online and saw those type of inline pumps are like 500 plus
should i just replace the motor or the entire pump?
i see the ge ac motors on ebay

I would just replace the motor first. Have you checked volts to the motor? Maybe a bad connection? If you get a motor with more or less rpm you won't get the proper water flow ( GPM).

the volt is 115
it was working during the winter then it stop and the basement is not heating up at all
