Not so easy blower motor replacement

I have a Trane 2TEC3F24B100AA that I am replacing the blower motor on, the motor that was on it was a GE 5KCP39KG, which had 2 wires coming from it, which the yellow one went to the right side of the capacitor and the Black went to the left side of the capacitor, then it had two wires coming from the board which the red one was the speed control wire and went to the part on the motor A, B, C.. The other black wire went to the left side of the capacitor. I am replacing it with a Mars Motor 10464 Which has 2 brown wires that goes to the capacitor, then a white which I have no idea goes in comparison to the previous motor, then a black for hi speed, a blue for med-hi speed, a yellow for med-low speed and red for low speed.

So I just need to figure out where the white wire goes to in comparison to the other motor?

The new white = the old black. This is the Common wire.

The new black = the old C
The new blue = the old B
The new red = the old A

(Yellow = No medium low on the old motor)

I'd guess that you were using B which is now blue.

Thanks so much, I thought I was right about it but my husband wanted me to ask around to make sure I was right before actually doing it.
