Sprinkler Room Heating Issues

I looking for heating ideas for a 4' x 9' sprinkler room on the exterior of some townhomes. The rooms are insulated and currently have a thermostat controled 3ft wall mounted spaceheater about 10" from the floor. We also have a set a double doors between the sprinkler system and the outside that in the past has let alot of cold air in and now have been sealed somewhat better.

Any Ideas?

And what is wrong with the current heating system? What are you trying to correct?

I agree with Dane.... in all our accounts with outside sprinkler access have either a small piece of baseboard heat or a wall mounted fan forced electric heater.
