Honeywell rth3100c installation issues

Hi! We replaced our thermostat last night because our old one wouldn't turn off. We followed the steps as the manual said however the fan, air or heat will not turn on at all our heat pump is a Dukane DBP36B-BName:  image.jpg

You may have blown the low voltage fuse if you did not shut power down to the air handler before replacing the thermostat. It will look like an automotive type blade fuse, either 3A or 5A. If that is the case, all you need do is replace the fuse and you will be good to go. Make sure to turn off power before touching or replacing fuse.

Welcome to the forums.

Your wiring looks correct. Did you program the thermostat for the type of system you have ?

Did you turn the air handler off when making the change..... if not.... you may blown a fuse on the control board inside the air handler.

There is a 99% chance that your blue wire must be moved one terminal to the right (and you have blown the fuse because of this). You should also place a jumper between Aux and E.

You posted a model number of an air handler. The outdoor unit determines if the O or B terminal is used.
