Furnace fan runs constantly

We moved into a home recently with an older Wesco (?) electric furnace. Recently it's been having problems. Randomly through out the day it simply would not come on until we jiggled some wires. We bought a new thermostat which didn't solve the problem. We had an HVAC friend come look at it and apparently we needed a new sequencer and one new element. Only problem, he unplugged some wires and didn't show us how to put them back. Long story short, we replaced the parts, tried to put the wires back as per the faded diagram on the inside cover and now although the heat works, the fan runs constantly. The only way to shut it off is to flip the separate breaker inside the cover of the furnace. Any ideas? Thanks

You can post pictures of your wiring and the diagram.
