Electric furnace troubleshooting

Dear clonephone,

Can you please let me know the final solution that repaired your problem? I am experiencing the same issues with my unit. Thanks.

Welcome to the forums.

We try to keep each unique problem in it's own thread.
You can send clonephone a PM by clicking on his user name and selecting PM.

There could be several reasons for your problem. Can you post the make and model number of your electric furnace ?

Poor airflow is the biggest reason for element and safety stat failure. A clean filter, no blocked returns, not too many closed registers all contribute to a better running system.

You could also have an issue where the blower motor is not moving enough air either because it's running slow or not starting up fast enough on a call for heat.
