Indoor Electric Air Handler Heat Pump Motor Buzzing Not Starting
I am trying to heat my home and my Goodman fan motor is making a buzzing noise and not spinning. If I push the squirrel cage while the unit is shut off, once I start the unit up again the motor starts up fine and spins freely but once it reaches the set temperature and the unit shuts off, when it starts up again it makes the buzzing noise and doesn't spin. It will work again as long as I give it a push spin when the unit is shut down (I've never push started it when the unit is on but I'm sure it would work just the same.) I already replaced the capacitor and it still makes the noise. Any idea if this is a bad motor or bad control board/relay?.

Welcome to the forums.
The only way you could determine a voltage problem is to check the AC voltage to the motor.
From what you are describing.... it sounds like a bad motor.

Check the cap if it has one. Also see if the fan motor will run in the run position (not auto).
If a motor has bad bearings it will adventually slow don and stop within 30 minutes from overheating.
