Is my A/C a heat pump?
sorry for such a dumb question but i cannot find out if we have a heat pump or AC.
I have attached the picture of the outdoor unit, and while i am searching on the internet i cannot find any details of this model. I have a ton of documents from the previous owner of the house and i am going through it and seems like the documents are of a different model (purchased this place 6 months ago)
any tips?
just a quick note: I replaced the original thermostat with a Sensi thermostat and out of caution selected that no heat pump during configuration. The original thermostat does not has emergency (or aux heat) option.

That unit is a two speed condenser only. It's a 13 SEER unit using R22 refrigerant.
It's not a heat pump.

Quiet drive system - Features combination of swept-wing fan, composite base pan, isolated compressor compartment and two-stage compressor to reduce overall sound to a mere whisper.
I thought it was strange too unless the write up is incorrect.

It only has one contactor and it is a recip compressor. It seems like a single speed model. Do you think figure 6 accompanies figure 5?
