Heat pump: time delay relay issue

My air conditioning stopped working and I think it's the time delay relay. Also it looks like one of the capacitors on the relay might be bulged. I don't know if I'm skilled enough solder it

A bulged capacitor is a bad capacitor. If you cannot replace it yourself, call for service.

Welcome to the forums.

I moved your thread to the heat pump forum.

The time delay relay is usually a sealed module with two wires that goes in the low voltage circuit to the contactor.

You may be looking at the defrost board.
A picture of what you are working on would be very helpful. http://www.doityourself.com/forum/el...-pictures.html
A make and model of the heatpump would be helpful too.
