Goodman Heat Pump/AC Blower Fan No Power Problems

I had this problem for a couple of days now and thought it would be easy to fix. I replaced the motherboard/ebtdr combo, and the run capacitor. I noticed the wires leading to stay were spliced together and I accidentally loosened a few. I think I put them back together right, but I didn't.
I have a Nest Stat that has the latest updates to it, and it was giving me a no power fault code 30.
So when it flip the breakers on, on the unit the compressor outside works like a champ at sending the coldness, however the blower doesn't turn on and the Best is offline. The wiring shows on my mobile app for the best as, rc-power, rh-power, y1-cool, w1-heat. But, actual wire setup is green-power, rh-power, w1-power, y1-power. And there's no power to the stat, and the cooler is running away I haven't been able to check for heat yet. In order to stop to cooler I flip the breakers on the unit.
Please help me, I'm a disabled veteran, on a fixed income, and frustrated with this thing.

Welcome to the forums.

Green is usually used to control the fan.

Can you post what colors you have on what terminals on the nest ?

Not quite sure which wires you are referring to here.

If you can take and post pictures..... that would be a great help. http://www.doityourself.com/forum/el...-pictures.html

Looks like the condenser is wired hot. ( condenser red should not connect to air handler red it should connect to stat Y).
It also looks like you have stat Y connected to the air handler C.

Move the red wire from the condenser to the blue wire from the stat.

Do you have an extra conductor that you can use for C between the stat and air handler?

Houston204, Thank you for your help! I only have that one on the motherboard. Should I install another one? By the way, the transformer was putting out 17vac where it should be putting out 24vac. It's 240 and the 120 are steady on it. Should I replace that? I haven't been able to check the heating side of the unit yet.

I would have a closer look at the bundle of wires between the stat and furnace. There may be an extra wire in there that we can use for C.

Did you fix the wiring before measuring for 24 volts AC?
What multimeter are you using?

Thanks Houston204, I think I got everything together now. However, I'm at work now, I'll take a pick and post it when I get home this afternoon. I checked the transformer before and after all the wires were connected. I did use a multimeter but the model and brand I couldn't tell you right now, I'll get a pic of that, as well and post it.
Last night the nest stat stayed off line until sometime this morning, then it came up and I looked at the wiring and equipment detection it showed that it was good then it had it do a test like it offered and the heat started, but it couldn't check the a/c because it was below 50* outside.

Additional pics of my Goodman System

I made more tests with the multimeter with the system running in all three modes ac, heat, and fan and still came up with the transformer having 1vac at the 24vac lead. All other connections are between 119 and 123vac. Name: image.jpg

rc-power,
rh-power,
y1-cool,
w1-heat.
But, actual wire setup is green-power, rh-power, w1-power, y1-power.
Your actual wiring is.....
Green - fan - G
Red - Rh
Blue - A/C - Y1
White - heat -W1

I'm using one of your pictures.
I marked where to check for 24vac.

Look at the crimp in the circle. Red goes to the condensor which is correct. There should be just the blue from the stat in the bottom of the crimp. It looks like blue and maybe yellow ?
Where does that yellow? wire go to ?

Red, white and green from the stat are connected correctly.

Hi PJMAX thanks for your help. The yellow from the stat is connected to the condenser red. I swapped the original stat blue wire for the stat yellow wire and now the stat blue is not connected on either end. Should I have 24vac when it's running or not?

Ok... so you are now using yellow instead of blue. Don't leave the blue connected at the air handler.

The 24vac point I marked should be always live regardless of A/C or heat or even the stat disconnected.

Ok so I checked all connections and they are tight the connection to the 24v pin on the transformer is only putting out 1v. The connections at the blue/white and r/r are at 1v.

Those red and blue connections should come directly from the transformer as shown in the diagram. If you only measure 1 volt then the transformer is bad or the transformer is not getting 240vac.

Thanks PJMAX I'll have to check those connections according to your diagram when I first started working on the system, the transformer was getting 240 at the top and putting out 17v. Not it's getting 123v

I was just wondering what size wire should be coming from the breaker. I have 4 breaker switches on the unit as 60 each. There's 124vac going into them from the house main breakers and 120 vac coming from the L2 to the transformer. Is there something messed up that I am not seeing should I still be getting 240 to the transformer?
